This project prepared the residence for occupation by the new Commodore. We completely stripped out the existing 4 bedroom heritage building back to original fabric stud-work, retaining the existing brick & stone fireplace and protecting it from damage. The kitchen was relocated to a new position and new services, cupboards, stone bench-top and appliances installed. Plumbing and electrical services throughout the property including metering and sub-boards were renewed and all floor finishes replaced using client-nominated suppliers for ceramic tiles and carpets. Bathroom, ensuite and laundry facilities were fully stripped back and rebuilt and new walk-in robes installed. The residence was internally painted and the exterior washed down and cleaned ahead of occupation.
