This project involved bulk excavation of the existing 5 acre site and the provision of civil and early works for a residential subdivision. The site was a greenfield site which had been purchased by a family over 20 years ago and sympathetically planted with a rich variety of native tree and shrub species, with the intention of creating a future residential subdivision resplendent with environmentally sustainable features. The various site building pads were to be levelled. Rapid was also commissioned to excavate and complete new roadways for future private dwellings.
